How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Fixedrobert Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Fixedrobert Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know this, though: Fixedrobert Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fixedrobert.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
